Penis Enlargement Day 5

Todays routine, I focused more on duration of jelqing rather than counting reps. There is a temptation to speed up jelqing when counting reps rather than counting time.

I find it easier to put on the penis device (see Day 1) after jelqing, because I have been warmed up.

I feel like even if you dont bother with the shower routine and just use device you should consider warming up beforehand.

WHAT TO DO (I.E: What I did today)



1) Get in shower.



2) Warm up penis, 5 mins


3) Stretching, 5 minutes, 10 x 30 second reps


4) Jelqing, 10 minutes of quality jelqs


5) Warmdown
Put the hot wrap on for another 5 minutes.


6) Device for 1 hour / 2 hours

    Well I made the decision to try Sikander-e-Azam also and naturally I had all the same questions in my mind as probably does everybody else… does penis enlargement capsules really work? and ” is there anything better than Sikander-e-Azam out there? well anyway I decided to give it a go and the results have been ok, after about 7 weeks of using them my penis size has increased form about 6 inches to about 7 inches. I’m not totally happy with that yet, but I am hoping to get bigger penis so I will keep on using them and hopefully I get the results that I want. One thing that I gotta hand to these Sikander-e-Azam capsules is that they definitely has made me a lot harder during erections… I’m still gonna give Sikander-e-Azam penis capsules a positive review even though I’m not totally happy what I’ve achieved so far, but I do believe that I will eventually get there.

    Well, so I decides to write a Sikander-e-Azam review too, much because inspired by all the other reviews that I see here. I was actually quite ready to go to a penis enlargement surgery some time back.. I suppose that tells you what I thought about my penis size.Yep, I wasn’t too happy with it.. My penis was about 5 inches long, maybe not even that. I dropped the idea of having penis enlargement surgery basically because I went and researched the results that other men have had with surgeries. They weren’t too good, only minor improvements had been achieved by surgery.So I decided to try the Sikander-e-Azam capsules, actually much because of so many positive customer reviews that I had read here. I can’t say I regret buying Sikander-e-Azam capsules. I am now over six inches in penis length and that is what I was looking for. I would like to get to 7 inches and I do believe that I will, it just might take more time. Thanks.
